The Giant started his wrestling career as Son of Andre The Giant and decided to face Hulk Hogan as his father. World Championship Wrestling (WCW) conducted final and last wrestling match between The Giant and WCW World Heavyweight Champion Hollywood Hulk Hogan. This match was conducted after Randy Savage and Lex Luger match. Hollywood Hulk Hogan won the match in Sumo Monster Truck Contest against The Giant. Unfortunately, The Giant falls into river but later survived. Hulk Hogan did not know this and attended for this match.

However, Big Show returned to this match and Hulk Hogan shocked. Finally, WCW started final wrestling match with these superstars for WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Hulk Hogan performed good wrestling skills in this match but unable to dominate the Giant. Later, Hulk Hogan disqualified by his own manager Jimmy Hart. Sabu Vs Mr. JL at WCW Halloween Havoc 1995.
