Stone Cold Steve Austin Appreciation Night at WWF Raw 8/20/2001

World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) conducted an appreciation night for WWF Champion Stone Cold Steve Austin on 20^th August 2001 for wrestling fans especially WCW/ECW Wrestling superstars. Paul Heyman and ECW Chairman Stephanie McMahon Helmsley attended this wrestling event. Stone Cold Steve Austin retained WWF Championship against Kurt Angle at Vengeance 2001. Shane McMahon acquired World Championship Wrestling. Similarly, Extreme Championship Wrestling acquired by the Stephanie McMahon. Stone Cold Steve Austin joined in WCW with WWF Championship.

Later, World Wrestling Federation appointed Kurt Angle to bring back WWF Title to World Wrestling Federation. Kurt Angle was also interested to defeat Stone Cold Steve Austin. Unfortunately, Stone Cold Steve Austin destroyed Kurt Angle’s dream by seriously injuring every WWF referee at WWF SummerSlam 2001 on 19^th August 2001. Next Day Night, The Alliance decided to conduct an appreciation night for Stone Cold Steve Austin. Finally, WCW and ECW Wrestling superstars and officials attended to 20^th August 2001 WWF Raw. All WCW and ECW Wrestling superstars appreciated Stone Cold Steve Austin. Suddenly, Kurt Angle attended this wrestling event with Milk Van. Kurt Angle mortified Stone Cold Steve Austin in his own style.
