SummerSlam is one of the most entertaining wrestling main events in the WWF/ WWE. WWE conducted wrestling main event SummerSlam 2006 at TD Banknorth Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on 8/20/2006 (20th August 2006). WWE conducted 8 wrestling matches with WWE Raw, Smackdown and ECW Wrestling superstars. 16,168 wrestling fans attended for this wrestling main event to watch performance of their favorite wrestling superstars.
Triple H and Shawn Michaels formed D-Generation X for their wrestling fans. These two wrestling superstars used to interrupt and interfere in McMahon’s Businesses. Similarly, DX insults Shane and Vince McMahon. Shane and Vince McMahon decided to destroy DX at SummerSlam. Finally, WWE conducted a special wrestling match between two tag teams in 7th match of this series. This match was conducted after King Booker T and Batista WWE World Heavyweight Championship match. Vince and Shane McMahons injured these two wrestling superstars before this series. DX was also ready to face the McMahons in this wrestling main event. However, McMahons designed great plan to end the Career of DX.
Spirit Squad, Mr. Kennedy, William Regal, Finley and Big Show seriously injured DX before starting this match. Later, these wrestling superstars returned to Locker room. The Big Show retained ECW Championship in few moments before of this match in an Extreme Rules match. Later, Shane and Vince McMahon seriously injured DX. However, DX recovered and tries to dominate McMahons. Unfortunately, Umaga also interfered in this match. Fortunately, Kane saved DX from Umaga. Finally, DX won the match with lot of hard work. After this match, John Cena challenged Edge for his WWE Championship at SummerSlam 2006.
